Frontline volunteers providing emotional and relational support to therapy clients
Being a member of the OVERWATCH UNIT is a critical part of carrying out the Vision and Mission of Ten Ten Life by supporting clients and embodying our core values of Love, Integration, Freedom, and Equipping.
What is Overwatch?
THE OVERWATCH UNIT is responsible for providing supplemental emotional and relational support to Ten Ten Life clients while they are engaged in Therapeutic services with Ten Ten Life.
OVERWATCH members act as representatives of the Ten Ten Life organization so that clients are able to experience a more personal, human connection.
OVERWATCH members may also act as liaison between clients and Ten Ten Life organization as needed, helping to facilitate communication re: Ten Ten Life community events, or notifying the organization of client concerns.
In all communication with clients, we expect OVERWATCH members to personify Ten Ten Life’s core values of Love, Integration, Freedom, and Equipping, and strive to provide personal interactions that enable clients to experience the 7 S’s of Secure Connection: Seen, Soothed, Safe, Synergy, Significance, Summoning, and Sending
