We see the mission of addressing mental health challenges as a team effort. Your donation helps Ten Ten Life cover the cost of group and individual therapy sessions. This is further made possible by our network of providers who offer discounted rates to clients through Ten Ten Life. We also ask our clients to contribute a small portion on an affordable sliding fee scale.

Yes absolutely! We would love for generous donors to sponsor an entire retreat experience. The cost of each retreat can vary depending on the number of participants. Please contact us for more information about sponsorship.

Yes of course and we greatly appreciate that! Recurring monthly donations are incredibly helpful for our budgeting and planning each year.
